Shipping + Refund Policy
Please allow up to 10 working days before despatch for all nonperishable items including collars, leads, bandanas, bow ties, and harnesses.
Please allow 2-10 days for parcels to be delivered depending on location.
For cakes and perishable items please allow at least 7 working days for orders before despatch.
Shipping takes 1-3 days depending on location.
Please allow up to 15 days for shipping depending on location
Arton + Co is not responsible for customs/ tax payments.
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us (email@example.com) and we will see what we can do for you. Unfortunately, if we have already begun making your order you cannot cancel.
Here at Arton + Co., we want you to be 100% satisfied, but as our products are custom made to each order, we are only able to refund damaged goods. Faulty merchandise may be returned for a full refund, exchange of purchase, or replacement product. If your order arrives and you notice you ordered the incorrect size, we cannot offer a refund or swap. Items must be returned and then a new item ordered in the correct size. For faulty items - You must contact us within 2 days of delivery and provide images via email and ship the item back to us within 14 days.
We do not offer refunds, cancellations or returns for cakes or dog treats due to their personalized nature.
In the unhappy event that an item is lost or stolen please contact us immediately. All items are tracked, Please allow the allotted delivery time for a product to arrive before putting in a claim. Once the item is regarded as delivered we are no longer liable so we do no longer offer refunds if an item is stolen.
